Yield is calculated based on the rental income of the property divided by your investment price. The dollar amount of rent remains fixed — only the percentage changes based on the price paid.
The rental income in dollar terms stays the same for every property. If you buy at a higher price, the same dollar rent becomes a lower percentage yield. If you buy at a lower price, the yield % is higher.
Rent is distributed every 24 hours automatically to your wallet.
Rent is sent automatically. No manual claiming is required — it goes directly to your wallet every 24 hours.
Yes. You can use your received rental income to invest in additional properties on the marketplace anytime.
When you invest in a property, a 24-hour rental contract is activated. This contract renews every 24 hours as long as you choose to keep the property on rent. Rent is paid automatically each cycle.
If you do not renew your rental contract, the property is released from rent and becomes available for you to list on the marketplace for sale.
No. A property cannot be sold while it is active on a rental contract. You must let the contract expire or not renew it before listing it for sale.
Once you sell your property, you no longer own it. The new owner can activate a rental contract on their investment.
